1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
2. How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order Page and enter your Order ID or AWB.
3. Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact support.
4. Will my items arrive in one package?
Items may arrive in a single or multiple packages depending on stock availability and location.
5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Before shipment: Yes.
After shipment: Cancellation may not be possible (charges may apply).
6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately with your Order ID + correct address via Email or WhatsApp.
7. How can I change my shipping address?
Log in → Go to My Account → Update address. If already shipped, contact support immediately.

1. How do I create an account?
Click “Sign Up” → Enter details (Name, Email, Password) → Verify via email → Done!
2. What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted only for:
  • Damage during transit
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

3. I received a wrong/damaged item. What should I do?
Contact us within:
  • 48 hours (Wrong item)
  • 24–48 hours (Damaged item)
  • Share clear photos & an unboxing video for faster verification.

4. Where should I send my approved return?
Once your return request is approved, you have two options:
Option 1: Courier Pickup (Recommended)
We can arrange a courier pickup from your registered address (subject to service availability in your area).
Option 2: Self-Ship the Product

5. Can I pre-order sold-out products?
Pre-orders are available for select items only. Please contact support for restock updates.
6. Do you store my credit card information?
