1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries,

Items may arrive in a single or multiple packages depending on stock availability and location.

Before shipment: Yes.
After shipment: Cancellation may not be possible (charges may apply).

1. How do I create an account?
Click “Sign Up” → Enter details (Name, Email, Password) → Verify via email → Done!
2. What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damage during transit
- Incorrect item delivered
- Manufacturing defects
3. I received a wrong/damaged item. What should I do?
Contact us within:
- 48 hours (Wrong item)
- 24–48 hours (Damaged item) Share clear photos & an unboxing video for faster verification.
4. Where should I send my approved return?
Once your return request is approved, you have two options:

We can arrange a courier pickup from your registered address (subject to service availability in your area).

5. Can I pre-order sold-out products?
Pre-orders are available for select items only. Please
contact support for restock updates.
6. Do you store my credit card information?
No. Amberz does not store credit card details. Transactions are processed securely via trusted gateways.
